4. School inquiries and sharing with schools

A core purpose of Study Japan Your Way is to help prospective students connect with educational institutions in Japan.

When you ask us to send an inquiry or introduction to a school, we may share the personal information necessary for that inquiry with the school or schools you have selected.

For example, if you select up to three schools, relevant information from your inquiry or student profile may be sent separately to each selected school.

After an introduction is made, you may communicate directly with the school. Schools have their own privacy practices, and their handling of your information is governed by their own policies and applicable laws.

Study Japan Your Way does not normally collect application documents, tuition payments, or school fees on behalf of schools. Students generally submit application materials and payments directly to the relevant school.
